@BeraHugs People kept speaking from their experience assuming it was also a model of mine and it drove me nuts; and then I noticed I was doing the same when I dished out my advice to them, but nobody seemd to know each other or themselves and so the only viable thing is to follow the heart

I try to think of what is best to do & all it does is send my mind into a circle. I really don’t know. Nothing is right, and nothing is changing. Is there a way to live without relying on my mind to formulate an answer?

@lapislagoons It's really important to trust your instincts! For me, seeing clearly what unconscious "rules" I'm attached to and why has cleared that up a lot.
You can really paint whatever you want & that's what everyone wants to see anyway :P
