冷静に考えると最短経路が求まるのだから別に連結性判定をする必要はないのですが，これはもともとスコア評価が十分高速でなかった頃に「非連結になるならスコア評価をしない」ことで高速化を図ったときの名残でした．これを消しただけで2%ほどスコアが上がりました．本番中に冷静になりたかったです．

#AHC017，好成績が残せて嬉しいです．全ての日に連結となる初期解を乱択で構築してから，（2辺の工事日をswap）及び（隣接する2辺を選び工事日を揃える）を近傍として局所探索を行いました．残念なことに初期解を構築できずTLEになったと思われるケースもありました．

ただし連結性は毎回厳密に判定しました．最初はDSU（UnionFind）を使っていて，これをDFSにすると探索回数が増えました．続いてDynamic Connectivityも試してみましたが，これはあまり影響がありませんでした．
