I have healed massive amounts of trauma by a form of meditation that inner time travels to past moments or time periods of trauma & taking care of my younger self. Carrying her out of the room, sitting with her through tough moments. Being the love that was missing back then.

Instead of sitting alone at my favorite coffee shop, writing about life and wondering when I would meet my person. He was here, sitting across from me. The unimaginable distant future had become the present.

I had this for three years<3 it was a magical time in my life and I will always carry that version of myself with me. I’ll never forget laying by the window to watch the sunset, or playing dress up just to sit at the local coffee shop and write. <333 Amazing chapter in my life.
