Andrew, there is nothing wrong with holding companies to account for customer service and as I do that as a journalist every day, I am unclear why any of this surprises you. Also, you were clearly attempting to shame me for taking first class in your first post - for the record, I do not and did not in this case - and whatever class of travel, the point still stands. Appalling customer service should be called out.
Hey @British_Airways we landed an hour ago from Atlanta. Do you plan to release our luggage anytime soon? Why pay priority when you don’t get premium service? Appalling.
I obviously feel differently. All business should and must be held accountable for customer service. “Losing” luggage and keeping a customer at the airport for two hours due to misinformation is Not ok. And no, it is not a ridiculous conclusion to make considering your x handle, Andrew. I also don’t try to shame people for what class of travel they choose to pay for with their hard earned money.
@British_Airways Raj, it has been 19 hours and your colleagues have not reached out to me once for an update. They are clearly no longer on site nor following this case. There is no online update @British_Airways still had no idea where the bag is. This is appalling.
Andrew, as a paying passenger it is my right and responsibility to call out appalling customer service. Respectfully, how do you think anything is changed if companies can run rough shod over not just employees but paying customers? I assume you are a bot 🤖 with that fake account 🤣

@Syed_A_A@British_Airways They have lost it in the airport. They are clueless and now claim their system cannot read if it was ever loaded from Atlanta. Except all other major airlines tell you this with alerts in app. So this seems implausible
@British_Airways Your staff have no idea where the container is nor what belt it will come out on. I have been waiting 90 minutes for priority bags and will now miss the event I spent all day yesterday and overnight traveling to attend. Your service is appalling as is your airline.

🇮🇷🇮🇶 Iran's FM Abbas Araghchi touched down in Iraq to meet with his counterpart and Iraq's President and PM after the U.S conducted airstrikes on southern Iran
First stop though, was at the memorial site near Baghdad Airport for IRGC General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis who were both killed in a U.S airstrike in 2020
His arrival also comes hours after Iraqi PM Ali al-Zaidi launched a massive crackdown on corruption targeting politicians and oil industry executives.
