@rebeloutlaw1997 I do understand that part of it and respect your opinion as well, but one could argue those rights that are given to women are also given to those children being aborted. Once there is a heartbeat that baby is a living American citizen that has rights as well.

@rebeloutlaw1997 The Supreme Court isn't elected, but chosen by the president. If they got to decide these things that would be unconstitutional. Their job is to uphold the constitution. Anything not stated in that document belongs to the states to decide.

It's literally still up to the states. Not all states will ban abortion and if the people living in the states are pro abortion then they will vote for state leaders to decide that. The Supreme Court's job is not to dictate what we can or can't do, that's up to the states.
