@BeHanzer @loyalmoses @BambulabGlobal Nice, I use HA to either slowly step down my fans or slowly step down my hot bed (depending on printed material)! Shame that would have gone away with no options!

@loyalmoses For reference here so its not in question, while there may not be much worry outside of print farms, AND your average user will have enough else on the network that can do more financial harm, out of box DEFAULTS for more security is never a bad thing, just annoying to some!

@loyalmoses Yep, nothings changed. Still, malicious actors utilize targets of opportunity for PROFIT. SecConf I went to this month pretty much rolled out the same data with regards to observed activity's, outside of being used as a springboard, not much worry outside of farms.
