-Sanji has never once been potrayed to be Luffy's no 2.

How do you get to Sanji>Mihawk, when Zoro is stronger by your own admission?

Mihawk will be stronger than Zoro during the fight and Zoro will grow to surpass him. Zoro doesn't need a bloom to beat Sanji. So how do you get to Sanji>Mihawk?
