It’s Charlie’s 1st birthday & I’ve been thinking about the staff who cared for us @MFT_SMH. The incredible NICU nurses,the phenomenal endocrine team @RMCHosp & perhaps most of all the midwife who first spotted things weren’t quite right,we’ll be forever grateful to her. #chi #nhs

Delighted to hear this. Hollie is incredible and made such a difference to our experience in NICU earlier this year. Hollie was on shift the night I was discharged home and there is no one I would have felt better leaving Charlie with. Absolute hero.
