Back into my old ways again (reading by candlelight to bed, increasing the shank to steak ratio, building immune function with a dozen raw honeys, increasing garlic consumption, taking shots of black seed oil, cheese-maxxing, soup, sleeping on a grounded mat, sipping orange juice for breakfast, making compound butter).

When we were riding these thousand pound beasts around we were:
• Grounded to Earth
• Mobilized our lymph systems
• Did not pollute areas with exhaust, noise, and bright light
• Fueled our transit with local food instead of petroleum that enriches Saudi Arabian kingdoms
@realalexclark I remember getting an assessment done by a trainer and they checked my hydration/water. I was expecting it to be bad because I hardly ever drank water and loved coffee. It was fine. Why? “With your diet, you’re actually eating your hydration”
