I think the basic requirement to be an Amazon delivery driver should be to be able to read road and house signs.
Weβve had more wrong deliveries than right since we moved here a year ago.

@skyhelp Sky installer:
We can install your box here, it will save having wires around your house and you can use your mini box on the main TV.
So customer left paying for multiscreen with the main box being completely useless.
@RoyalMailHelp Hi. Sorry, I may not have explained that very well. The redirection from our old house ended in June. Weβve changed all our accounts etc but we rarely get any mail now. 2 first class letters were sent to us last Wednesday and we have not received them. Just seems weird.
@RoyalMailHelp Hello. Since we moved house in March, we have hardly received any mail. We had a 3 month redirection but it seems we get barely any mail anymore. My parents and sister sent us an anniversary card by 1st class on Wednesday and we havenβt received it. Can you check?
@AmazonHelp Iβve tried that already. It says I need to wait until 1pm tomorrow because deliveries usually miraculously turn up within 24hrs, despite having a photo of the delivery to a house which isnβt mine.
Another let down by @AmazonUK. Do drivers not bother reading delivery instructions or do they not get to see them on their PDAs or what ever they use? Time after time they are delivering to the wrong address and itβs really not that hard to find.
Big thanks to @FedExHelp for completely wasting my time today. Delivery slot changed 3 times and then never turned up at all. Canβt get to speak to any body only bots.
