Huge thank you to @_HuntMartin @PrepBaseballTN for running a scout day for our players. First class experience from start to finish and can’t recommend enough. Excited to make it an annual event.

I remember @ShooterHunt coming to the 2016 Future Games with me and his brother, @TJHUNT_PBRNJ.

Back then, the Future Games were held at @GrandParkSports in Indiana.

Shooter wasn’t there with a title.

He was there to help.

Throw BP. Help with New York and New Jersey. Interact with the players. Watch. Listen. Learn. Take the entire event in.

And over the course of those few days, he made an immediate impression on our national staff.

Not because he was trying to.

Because you could see it.

The baseball knowledge.
The look of a 1st rounder (which he was).
The work ethic.
The ability to connect with people.
The genuine passion for players and the game.

Two months later, Prep Baseball hired him.

That was 10 years ago.

Since then, Shooter has become one of the most recognizable and respected voices in amateur baseball scouting - impacting players, coaches, scouts and our company along the way.

Pretty incredible to think it traces back to a guy showing up in Indiana, willing to help wherever he was needed.

There’s a lesson in that.

You never know which opportunity will change the trajectory of your life.

Show up. Add value. Be good to people. Do the work in front of you.

Sometimes the biggest opportunities in your life don’t look very big when they first arrive.

10 years later, the rest is history. 🔨⚾️

This is a @ShooterHunt appreciation tweet 🫶

10 months traveling all across the country, evaluating players and building toward what became our best All-American Game to date.

The last guy to ever ask for attention, but the work he puts in deserves to be recognized. 👊

(Sorry, Shooter - I had to)

Chunn continues to show well this afternoon. Has been staying on the barrel w/ a pair of lines outs ⬇️

The tools at short have also shown well, a physical athletic with fluid actions and a sure handed glove.

Demonstrating a High IQ for the position.

Toronto is calling up outfielder Rudy Martin Jr., who is expected to make his debut after 12 years in the minors, a source tells ESPN. Martin, 30, was taken in the 25th round of the draft -- which doesn't exist anymore -- in 2014. Played indy ball, Mexican League and, now, MLB.

2028 SS Brayden Melton (TN) drives this deep into the RCF gap for the RBI 3B.

Good separation with loose hands and barrel length in-zone from an on-plane path.

Present athleticism & projection in the 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame.
