A little late posting, but I am delighted to have participated in the @International Workshop on Public Policy (#IWPP5), organised by the International Public Policy Association (IPPA) and hosted by Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Over three intellectually stimulating days, I had the opportunity to engage with scholars from across the world, exchange ideas, receive invaluable feedback, and explore new perspectives on some of the most pressing questions in public policy research. The diversity of disciplines, experiences, and viewpoints made the workshop an exceptionally rewarding experience.

I was honoured to present my paper, "Narratives of Reform: A Comparative Analysis of the World Bank and Renewable Energy Policy Transfer in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa," in the workshop on "Allies and Opponents in Policy Processes." The thoughtful questions, constructive feedback, and engaging discussions have already inspired the next stage of the paper's development, including its evolution into separate theoretical and empirical contributions.

A special thank you to the workshop organisers Allegra Fullerton and Johanna Hornung for creating such an engaging and intellectually generous environment. I am also grateful to the discussants Holly Peterson, Resya Kania, Jessica Gottlieb, Leonardo Secchi, Jule Ksinsik, Ariell Bertrand for their insightful comments, challenging questions, and generous feedback.

One of the greatest highlights of the workshop was the opportunity to meet and connect with so many outstanding scholars and practitioners. It was a pleasure exchanging ideas with Dr. Chinyere Igwe Esq, Osmany Porto de Oliveira, Tinuade Adekunbi Ojo (PhD), Nanji Rimdan Umoh, Yetunde Aluko, Yusuf Damilola Olaniyan, CECY BALOGUN (PhD), Adeola Onasanya.
