Over the past few days, I carefully read each and every message left by many viewers.
As the lead actress of this production, I feel I failed to show the level of responsibility expected of me and caused great disappointment. For that, I am deeply sorry, and my heart still feels very heavy.

Regarding the various historical inaccuracies in the drama that many of you pointed out, I sincerely reflect on and apologize for approaching the role without thinking more deeply about those issues.
Because this was a project where it was important to portray imagination rooted in our own history and the traditional beauty of Korea, I should have been much more careful in reading and studying the script as an actress. I am ashamed of myself for failing to do so. I failed to properly recognize the seriousness of these issues beforehand. I am truly sorry.

I sincerely thank everyone who stayed with the drama until the end and did not hesitate to share their thoughts.
I will always remember the valuable criticism and opinions you have given me, and I will strive to approach my future projects with greater care and responsibility. Once again, I am truly sorry.

Dear Uaenas,
We come to you with unfortunate news regarding our co-founder, Tong Ming Yan (@squishy_blob) with her family's consent. As many of you may know, she is also one of the founding members of lUteamstarcandy and has made immeasurable contributions over the years through various translation projects and fan support projects.

Earlier this year in April, Ming Yan suffered a cardiac arrest during a health screening procedure, resulting in irreversible brain damage and has been in vegetative state since then. She's currently transferred to a nursing hospital in South Korea while waiting for a medical assessment required for medical lawsuits as her husband seeks to sue the hospital for medical negligence. While her family desperately hopes to reunite with her in Singapore, the medical crisis in Korea has hampered the progress, and her husband has to cover immense monthly medical costs as they wait for the court proceedings.

We ask that all of you keep Ming Yan and her family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this difficult time.
