I am HIV Positive and my son slept with me unknowingly💔😭

Hi admin please post for me and hide me. I'm a 39 years single mother to a 15 years boy . My boy and i share the same bed and we bath infront of each other. I do drink sometimes on weekends , yesterday i made a mistake i drank heavily i came back around 9 late and slept.

I woke up around 12 at night because I felt like the bed was moving and to my surprise my child was on top of me doing it and he has relieved himself on me sexually. I quickly slept soon after. I think he did again because i woke up wet again at the morning.

But it's clearly that he took advantage of me and i don't know what to do. I am scared that he might have impregnated me and i might have infected him with HIV . I don't know how to start this conversation with him. Please advise me guys
