I am so heartbroken.

Israel has just shot my 30-year-old aunt in the chest while she was sitting with her three young children in a school shelter in Jabalia Camp. She is in critical condition; the bullet pierced her chest and exited through her back, devastating her lungs and spleen.
At the moment she was hit, she was holding her one-year-old son. He fell from her lap as she collapsed and was found bleeding from one of his ears.

I just spoke with my uncle, who told me that Israel has been using subsonic bullets lately. He said his sister is the second mother in the camp to be shot in the chest today.
Please pray for her and our family. Her husband was abducted by Israel in November 2024, and we still have no word on his condition.

لماذا هذا مهم؟
. لأن البيان يحاول تحويل المسعفين من فئة محميّة في قوانين الحروب إلى موضع شبهة
. ول��ن أي ادعاء بإساءة استخدام هذه الحماية لا يكفي وحده لتبرير الاستهداف

ما الذي وقع فعلاً؟
. وثّق التحقيق 7 هجمات على الإسعاف خلال الأيام الثلاثة المحيطة بالتوقيت الذي حدّده البيان (قبله وفي اليوم نفسه وبعده)
. 10 شهداء من المسعفين حدّد التحقيق هويّاتهم
. كلّهم قضوا خلال مهام مدنية واضحة وكانت سيّاراتهم وملابسهم قابلة للتمييز
. لم يثبت توجيه أي إنذار مسبق ولم تظهر مؤشرات على نشاط عسكري في المواقع المستهدفة

الخلل القانوني في البيان:
. لا تسقط الحماية عن الوحدات الطبية إلا بشروط صارمة
. وأبرزها توجيه إنذار مسبق واضح ومهلة معقولة
. البيان الإسرائيلي استدعى قاعدة رفع الحماية وتجاهل شرطها المركزي

وظيفة البيان
. صدر بعد موجة استهدافات وإعلان إعداد ملف قانوني
. يحاول إعا��ة تأطير وقائع ثابتة باتهام غير مثبت
. خطورته أنه ينقل النقاش من مساءلة الاستهداف إلى التشكيك بالضحايا

الخلاصة
. لا يمكن ربط أو تبرير أيّ من الاستهدافات الموثّقة للإسعاف في جنوب لبنان بالادّعاء الإسرائيلي المزعوم
. ما يكشفه التحقيق هو استهداف متكرّر لفرق إسعافية محميّة وأدلّة تؤشّر إلى ارتكاب جرائم حرب

المنشأة التي دمرت هنا هي مدرسة رسمية مملوكة من الدولة. وتقع في منطقة محتلة خارج اي منطقة اشتباك. يعني لا يوجد أي حجة عسكرية لتدميرها والحجج التي أعطاها الجيش الاسرائيلي ثبت انها كاذبة وواهية. بالخلاصة هي جريمة حرب ثابتة على أرض لبنان تستهدف مباشرة الدولة اللبنانية وسيادتها.
