@Vtxt21 Maybe check your bias if you're going to refer to any and all servants of a particular faith, as frauds? Will you show the same courage when talking about other faiths?

Nearly 80 years of independent India and we still can't deal with a tight spell of 🌧️ in the Tech capital of this country. At this point, we should pray for the British to come back or China to take over- https://t.co/IE4pfnsmY6
Expressway has come as a real blessing for the people of Dehradun.
Earlier, it took 6–8 hours for NCR "laadles" to reach Dehradun, so they mostly came on weekends. With the expressway now functional and travel time reduced to 3–4 hours, Dehradun will have the privilege of witnessing these prime species daily.
Guess roads bring far more glorious dividends than just development.
If reinventing oneself was a sport, Asha Bhosle was the champion at it. From a famous sister to owning a niche to a Indipop superstar, "AshaTai" did all of it with a smile on her face. Thank you for the memories. #RIPAshaBhosle Om shanti
One minute we laugh at the "absurdity" being shown in Kerala story 2 and the next minute, it comes to life.. Not in some rural cowbelt place, but in a global mnc office in a BJP ruled state. Truth is stranger than fiction if you ask me #TCS
‼️Read how shockingly organized was the Rape Jihad in @TCS Nashik. The management and HR was well aware and allowed it to run unabated.
⚡Seven women cops in disguise attended a meeting at TCS BPO, Nashik to expose the massive sexual abuse and conversion racket. Female officers posed as staff to catch predators red-handed. 9 FIRs have been filed involving horrific abuse of women aged 18-25.
🤲🏼The accused and charges:
Tausif Attar and Danish Sheikh: Accused of sexual assault under false promise of marriage & religious coercion.
🤲🏼Raza Memon and Shahrukh Qureshi: Allegedly involved in stalking, surveillance, and group harassment.
🤲🏼Shafi Sheikh and Asif Ansari: Charged with physical molestation and lewd conduct. Nida Khan (HR): Arrested for failing to act on complaints and violating POSH guidelines.
The victims were allegedly forced to perform namaz 🤲🏼 and eat beef 🐮 against their religious beliefs.
🤬 The management and HR reportedly abetted the abuse instead of protecting employees.
‼️INSIDE THE NASHIK MNC TRAP: Islamic Radicalisation, Grooming, Rape, Blackmail & Exploitation
Key exposure:
1. Radicalisation WhatsApp group used to spread Islam.
2. Grooming modus operandi: Muslim Men from the same company built “friendships” with selected young female Hindu employees.
3. Closed Islamic grooming network: Muslim employees systematically identified the “next victim.”
4. Hindu Victim‑specific group: A separate WhatsApp group was created for the first victim to plan how to dodge charges like molestation, sexual assault, and forced conversion.
Accused & charges:
- Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh: Sexual assault under false promise of marriage + religious coercion.
- Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi: Stalking, surveillance, group harassment.
- Shafi Sheikh, Asif Ansari: Molestation and lewd conduct.
- Nida Khan (HR): Arrested for ignoring complaints and violating POSH rules.
Victims were groomed, raped, taped, blackmailed, forced to perform namaz and eat beef 🍖 against their beliefs. Management and HR are accused of abetting the abuse, not protecting staff.
A Special Investigation Team is now probing a wider racket and possible funding. Nashik Police are urging more victims to come forward.
⚠️ This isn’t just a few “bad apples.” It’s a pattern all over India and every non Muslim nation.
@INCKerala Very sensitive of you guys! How lucky that we have you guys as the "alternative" who justify tardiness with petty name-calling 👏🏽 who runs this account anyway? A bunch of low IQ imbeciles if I had to venture a guess! Keep up the great work #TINA
@nambiarbejoy Hats off to you and the team for pulling off the best survival thriller in our own backyard with your latest. How this film didn't rake in the moolah at the BO is beyond me, but kudos to @shanayakapoor@_GouravAdarsh for giving it their all. #TuYaaMainonNetflix
The recently unveiled curriculum framework by the Central Board of Secondary Education, aligned with the National Education Policy 2020, is not an innocent academic reform—it is a calculated and deeply concerning attempt at linguistic imposition that vindicates our long-standing apprehensions.
Under the guise of promoting “Indian languages,” the BJP-led NDA government is aggressively advancing a centralising agenda that privileges Hindi while systematically marginalising India’s rich and diverse linguistic heritage. The so-called three-language formula is, in reality, a covert mechanism to expand Hindi into non-Hindi speaking regions.
For students in southern states, this framework effectively translates into compulsory Hindi learning. Yet, where is the reciprocity? Will students in Hindi-speaking states be mandated to learn Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam—or even languages like Bengali and Marathi? The complete absence of such clarity exposes the one-sided and discriminatory nature of this policy.
The irony is stark and unacceptable. The same Union government that has failed to make Tamil a mandatory language in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan schools—and has consistently failed to appoint adequate Tamil teachers—now seeks to lecture states on promoting Indian languages. This is not commitment; this is rank hypocrisy.
Does the Union government have any understanding of ground realities—of teacher availability, training capacity, and infrastructure? Where are the qualified teachers to implement this sweeping exercise? And crucially, where is the funding to support this enormous burden on the education system? This appears to be yet another ill-conceived policy announced without planning, resources, or accountability.
This is not merely a question of language—it is a question of fairness, federalism, and equal opportunity. By structurally privileging Hindi-speaking students, this policy risks creating entrenched advantages in higher education and employment, further widening regional disparities.
At a time when the world is moving forward at an unprecedented pace, our children must be prepared for the future. The priority should be to equip them with skills in emerging sectors like artificial intelligence, AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics), and to strengthen scientific temper and critical thinking. Instead, this regressive and rigid language burden threatens to derail their progress.
The Union government appears determined to impose Hindi, brushing aside the legitimate, consistent, and democratic concerns raised by Tamil Nadu and several other states. This approach is a direct affront to the principles of cooperative federalism and an insult to the linguistic identity of millions of Indians.
India’s strength lies in its diversity—not in enforced uniformity. Any attempt to disturb this delicate balance is not just misguided; it is dangerous. Such policies strike at the very foundation of our pluralistic nation and will be firmly opposed.
Does the Thiru Palaniswami-led AIADMK and its NDA allies in Tamil Nadu subscribe to this imposition? Or will they, for once, stand up for the rights, identity, and future of our students?

Who did @WWERomanReigns piss off backstage to have a 215lbs guy put him through the announce desk, with a strength move like a powerbomb?! Makes zero sense, storyline wise or from a realism standpoint #WWERAW@NetflixIndia@SKWrestling_
This picture says more than a thousand words.
It captures, in one frame, what our political culture has been reduced to.
A national icon like Venkatesh Prasad, a man who brought pride to India, whose spells against Pakistan are etched permanently in our collective memory, is today standing with folded hands before a Chief Minister.
Why?
Not for any wrongdoing. Not for any failure of duty.
But simply because he did his job.
Because he did not anticipate that the brittle egos of politicians would be bruised. Because he did not bend to a culture that expects free tickets, special treatment, and unquestioned entitlement.
This is the tragedy.
When those who have served the nation with excellence are made to stand in deference, and those in public office demand privilege over accountability, something has gone fundamentally wrong.
This is not just about one incident.
This is about a deeper decay.
A political class that sees power as entitlement, not responsibility should go. A system where excellence bows, and arrogance sits should go.
A new generation of political class is badly needed at all levels.
If this does not disturb us, nothing will.
India deserves better.
For whatever it is worth, I stand with @venkateshprasad. And I know, millions will.
Kerala is one of the smallest states in India in terms of area. Malayalam-speakers make only a small fraction of India’s overall population. Despite this, we punch above our weight in several fields, one of which is Modern Medicine. 1/26
The Mahatma & countless others, fought and laid down their lives so HE can go through with his life in this way. India is a failed state, no matter how you look at it
@theliverdoc@Neosurgeon35 Seriously doc. I tried getting through the debate, but couldn't after her MO became clear of not wanting (or being able) to offer a rebuttal to the points you were making, instead just going off of her feelings alone.
And I thought you couldn't suffer fools 😉
Kamal Dhyani was a tax paying citizen in New Delhi. Like many others, he was battling Delhi's poor air quality, traffic, egoistic political acolytes and army of govt officials for a better life.
He believed that someday things will change and his life will become better
Alas it was not to be
But sadly for him, it all ended on Yesterday morning.
At 12:50 Am Friday, while riding a bike back home from work and minutes after informing his family members that he will be home soon, Kamal fell into a pit which was dug by the Delhi Jal Board.
Now why they dug that pit we don't know. I guess some astrologer told that there was some ancient hidden treasure, or some guy thought they might find oil. Most likely a Delhi Jal Board junior engineer wanted to buy a flat in Greater Kailash or some DLF complex and decided that this pit was his way to big time.
Whatever it is, that pit was dug.
And in that pit fell Kamal
And that is not even the most tragic think in this episode. Because, the real tragedy was what followed.
Worried that he had not reached home, his parents called him repeatedly on his phone. On realizing that he didn't pick up, the immediately went to the Police to seek help.
But Police being Police, told them to come after 24 hours
Because what is a human life in front of a govt procedure.
The entire night they went to Police station after police station but nobody helped them. They repeatedly pleaded , rightfully so, that given the phone was ringing they could easily trace him. But Police refused.
Had Kamal been a buffalo of an important politician, everyone from the the commissioner would have come onto the street to trace him..
But he was an ordinary tax paying citizen.
So nobody gave damn.
After spending the entire night, going from one police station to another and getting refused everywhere, at 8 30 Am somebody picked the phone call.
Tragically, Kamal had passed away.
Getting killed after falling into a municipality pit is something that we wouldn't wish on our worst enemy. No civilized country or society, can condone this..
But in India it is a par for the course. And for that govt a minor inconvenience.
That nothing will change is clear when we see the std govt template has already been activated. One useless, impotent inquiry commission has been announced. Two junior engineer have been sent on a six month paid holiday in the name of "suspension". And some useless FIR has been filed on the contractor for "Negligence"
In six months, the inquiry file will be filled with cockroach eggs or rat droppings, the engineers would have bribed their way to a DLF flat and the contractor would have dug another pit in which one more Kamal will fall and die
We have no right to aspire for becoming a superpower, when fellow Indians die brutal deaths like this due to Govt negligence and govt does nothing about it
We should forget our aspirations of making AI and Chips if we can't even cover a bloody pit
@DeepikaBhardwaj Really @TimesNow , this is "journalism" per you?! Harassing a senior citizen, who clearly doesn't wish to engage, for sound bytes and then shamelessly publishing on TV like it is some win. Horrible! Ideally the pathetic guy shoving the mic around should be behind bars @MIB_India
