Not sure if this will even get any traction, but any interaction would be appreciated!
@TwitchSupport , I tried to contact you through the twitch support system, but it proved to be useless so I'm hoping this will bring some visibility to it and hopefully some answers, ideally get this fixed.
On the 26th of September I got hit with a 55$ dollar adjustment for refund/invalid purchases. Take into account that number makes me go below half of my usual amount in paid subs.
This is extremely weird, as this puts it as my worst month ever this year. Not only that, but I am blessed to have a community that has consistently been showing up and supporting me. I had 24 paid subs in August and 26 paid subs in September. So how am I at half of the revenue for paid subs??
There wasn't even a single day where I have been paid 55$, but according to twitch I have been paid this amount and somehow also hit with -55$ out of my revenue when I was never paid for this.
You mean to tell me half or so of my paid subs revenue was invalid/fraudulent payments?? They're all subbed right now, so that just doesn't add up. Especially since up until the 25th, my total revenue for subs was 66.89$, spread across 18 of my subs. That makes those 55$ 82% of my supposed revenue. Just gone, apparently all invalid purchases/fraudulent.
Twitch refuses to give me an insight on it and just insists I have been paid, when i ask for the date when I got paid these 55$ I get hit with a closed ticket.
The only thing I can think that may have caused this was a tier 3 sub of mine who wanted to take advantage of the subtember promo and extend it for 3 months, they cancelled, the window disappeared and they never got charged for it nor did they receive any refunds. Then twitch just counted it as a refund and deducted it from account. This is just speculation of course..
