All ED staff - If the department is too busy, did you know that more space can be created by moving patients out of ED and creating additional bed space elsewhere? Hopefully this info can now fix the problem. You're welcome. Ps- pls do it immediately. Kind regards, NHS England.

Just a reminder to all nurses and doctors everywhere that placing a hypotensive patient in a head down position isn’t good for their airway, their breathing, their intracranial pressure (and hence their cerebral perfusion) and doesn’t usually help their blood pressure

@chillibean2018 @19Hope60 Yes sepsis is life threatening, but we are medical professionals and every call is prioritised based on the urgency of the patient. Your frustration is perfectly valid but we will always be as quick as we can 😊 I hope things improve for you soon!
