Zara Larsson shares a video response after her song “Midnight Sun” was used in a TikTok by The White House.
💬 | “I wish I could speak to whoever made this video... you and I, we aren't that different at all. And we're not that different from the people in this video either.”
This is so cute! She is really bringing back old school pop artistry. Mic is on, genuinely interacting with fans, creating a song that has a life of its own (a dance routine, an aesthetic etc) no notes

"How did animators do this?"
Well you see, there's this thing called money. You give it to a bunch of talented artists for a couple years so they can afford stuff like food, and in return, they will produce something called a "movie"
I remember reading an article published right after her death calling out the public’s “mass hysteria” and that she would be rendered irrelevant by the end of the decade. And here we are, 30 years later, claiming new “people’s princesses” every week. Diana really was one of one.
These are HAND DRAWN illustrations. EACH FRAME hand drawn, of fucking course they reused some ffs. Reused them and still made each one unique to the movie and setting.

Queer History Fact: during the AIDS crisis, many lesbians became frontline caregivers and activists for gay and bi men when society and institutions abandoned them. Their leadership and solidarity are part of why the ‘L’ now comes first in LGBTQIA+.
