📣 Huge Announcement 📣
We’re delighted to announce that we’re the recipients of a Sports Capital Equipment Grant of €53,438
We were chosen for the national launch photoshoot
We’d like to thank @ThomasByrneTD for his continued support during the process.
@CahairOKane1 It’s not a soft score. It encourages a very accurate kick (ball can’t bounce), good running into space, and a clean catch…. Along with having to score afterwards. All skills to be promoted.
It also means there must be pressure on the passer out the field to stop easy kick in 2/2
@CahairOKane1 It also means that the defender has to attack the ball. If there was no mark, the forward getting possession in that position would not be a concern for the defender as he would just shepherd him away from the danger area and await the blanket to come help him. 1/2
