I.e. in the Karmello Anthony Case, his own defense hurt him by never letting him defend himself. (Albeit they may have actually had reason, in General consensus though, that was likely his best shot).

@LFRFamily @KWheatley1 If she was in a Duty to Retreat state she would fail Self Defense because she never tried to leave when he was, she continued the argument.

Also; you cannot BE the Instigator/ claim self defense. If she started the argument, and pulled a gun to end it that is NOT Self Defense.
