Isn't it a misuse of banking services by e-commerce company's. do @RBI knows about it ? @ICICIBank gave me discount as I m having there credit card but I dout that discount amount is enjoyed by someone else.

@RBI @flipkartsupport I dout that e-commerce company's are using credit card discount for there own benefits I ordered a product from flipkart get discount by @ICICIBank credit card but my order was forcefully canceled by seller

And now they are selling same product at 12400 Rs extra. They did not provided replacement but on their app it is showing that my order got "replacement approved" my question is did @ICICIBank and @flipkartsupport knows about this ?do other app like @amazonIN do such practices ?

@flipkartsupport @nch1915 unfair policy of flipkart if product is damaged in transit u can't claim refund u have to claim replacement, but my order was damaged in transit they canceled order without my concern. Now they are asking me to buy it again with 12400 Rs extra.

@flipkartsupport my order is at same place since last 8 days.
When I complained about it on flipkart app. First they closed my complained without attaining it. Then when I re-opend the complained. After that still no resolution.

@Nithin0dha If regulator ends any product means regulators failed to regulate it. Ending any product is not the solution, @SEBI_India should try to regulate it properly.

but the misconception created by AICTE has spoiled life of thousands of students. AICTE should have waited for final decision.

@DileepMalkhede why r u spreading misconception by such circular,why r u not informing that deadline in AICTE public notice is not applicable and it is extended by DHC by order dt 01.05.2019 in w.p 4059/2019(it is in force today).Supreme Court didn't endorsed AICTE public notice

2)AICTE should have waited for court's decision before publishing public notice using a deadline.
3)out of 8years 5years were wasted byAICTE to draft regulations.Which delayed court case.
4)Why AICTE drafted new regulations ????

3) delhi high court extended deadline by interim order.and decision is still pending.
2) AICTE took 5 years to draft regulations due to which court case delayed.
