Environmental factors like the weather, competing promos, and local events.

Behavioral signals like order history, app engagement, and ordering style.

Qualitative signals like social media mentions and customer service conversations.

Intent signals like browsing without buying or the loyalty points balance.

These are the signals that will hook the customers and keep them coming back for more.
