@Adiofreak Personally I prefer an elliptical over a treadmill. Much easier on the knees overall. A rope attachment for the cables would be a good addition for varying bicep and tricep exercises.

@Adiofreak I learned a lot of different things from my dad. Mostly vehicle work was the main thing. Some carpentry skills and whatnot. At this point the main thing has been my own curiosity that's driven me to learn tons about tons and I'm just trying to pass on what I can to my kids.

@Adiofreak One of my all time favorite series. If you've never had the chance to read the book or even just listen to the audiobook I can't recommend it enough. It's absolutely amazing of a fleshed out story compared to the movie which was also amazing. And ready player two also 🔥

@Adiofreak I went and played some pickleball this evening with my kiddos. They are 10 and 12, so we basically just volley back and forth for fun bc my daughter is tiny and has a hard time swinging the paddle. Lol
