@virginmedia I can demonstrate the same behaviour by running the SamKnows RealSpeed FULL test (including upload test) which knocks out the upload channel for 9 or 10 pings. This has been going on since I upgraded and I have spent 6 weeks trying to get you to listen. Stop testing it! 2/2

@samknows Do you know why the full test (with upload check) which @virginmedia are using to test their 2gig Full Fibre service EVERY hour knocks out the upload channel for 9 or 10 seconds? VM support is useless and they won't hear it so I'm wondering if you can fix it???

@virginmedia I’m not the one scheduling the tests. You are. There is something in the 2gig full fibre service which is testing the connection every hour like clockwork which in turn knocks out the upload - the exact same time every hour. 1/2
