@virginmedia Thank you for responding, this ‘discount’ was put in place after I was mis-sold a package I didn’t require months ago - I’m sure my account will detail this. The alternative ways to contact are inaccessible (image attached) - I need to talk to someone today
@virginmedia I am trying to get in contact regarding the sudden increase in my bill which I cannot afford. WhatsApp service is not working been on hold for hours to only be cut off. This is urgent I have 2 days to resolve this - please help

@virginmedia I’ve just checked and seen you have overcharged me this month after I was promised by your colleagues that the problem had been resolved - all after YOUR colleague wrongly informed me to ‘upgrade’ my package and quoted me a different price. Can I get some help?

I’ve already had a wonderful Zoom intro this morning helping a trainee #overcome their #digital barriers to join the course!
