Hi all, I'll be setting a tip goal for $2,000, the reason behind the amount and the reason for the goal is in order to help out my cousin back home.
All sales and tips go here from here on out. So please feel free to dm for menu or ask about certain things off menu that I can try to make.
He's like family, he means a lot to me, and I want to help him out right now because I'm fearful for what might happen to him. I am scared that what happened to my uncle years ago will happen to him, and with my mom being gone and my uncle being useless he only has me and our two other cousins.

This is going to be a long non-nsfw post so if you don't care for that you can simply skip this, but if you care about women or are woman I feel like this is something for you to read.
Some of you may say this isn't the platform or environment to post something like this, but I believe it is. Despite the fact that we all here are sw and therefor are sexualized on a daily, doesn't mean we do not deserve respect or decency in the simplest way, shape and form.
As most of you know, I was born and raised in the Philippines. If you aren't familiar with that country it is where family members of people like Olivia Rodrigo, Hailee Steinfeld, Nicole Scherzinger, H.E.R. and Saweetie are from. Do you recognize the beautiful sound of Princess Jasmine from Aladdin and Mulan's singing? If you do the woman behind that voice is Lea Salonga, born and raised in the Philippines and still currently living there.
In my country, unfortunately, misogyny has a home. It has a home because truck drivers will whistle and catcall you on the street as long as you are a female. And when I say as long as you are a female, they don't even care if you're in your HIGH SCHOOL UNIFORM. I've witnessed it and have been a victim of it myself for the many years I've lived and walked publicly on the streets of my country. If you think that's bad, almost half if not most of our country's leaders are the same. Misogynistic men who put women as second. Men who are married and still choose to OPENLY hurt and embarrass their wives by going after younger women and waving off their mistakes as "rumors" or "scandals". I could name so many of them, hell, our former president Duterte who is currently being sued for crimes against humanity by ICC was very much one of them, and yes, he has a daughter who does not seem to care for her father's antics, and sadly yes, she is the CURRENT vice president of the country. But let me introduce you to two people today.
Anne Curtis-Smith, a well loved and celebrated actress, host, model, daughter, mother and wife. Not only is she beautiful, but she is talented, funny, loved by not just her family and friends but thousands of Filipinos and someone who despite not being fully Filipino, embraces and loves our country more than anything.
And Mr. Bong Suntay, unfortunately the representative of Quezon City's 4th District, yes a politician, a leader. A married man with 4 children, a man who attended one of the elite universities back home. An educated man. An educated man who does not only hold assault charges from pistol whipping an innocent person in 2001, but also a man who made sexual and misogynistic remarks about Anne.
And where do you ask he made such remarks? March 3, 2026 at a House Committee of Justice hearing against VP Sara Duterte, using his "imagined desires" about the actress when he encountered her at a local mall as an example... Yes, he did this not only in a public forum but a professional one, at a setting where the leaders of a country speak on important subjects.
When called out he decided to disguise it as an innocent remark, but like every politician, he is once again making the Filipino people "stupid" in thinking we do not understand what he truly meant by those remarks.
Filipinos are smarter than you think. How sad it is to think our own leaders think we are stupid enough to be fooled.
But, onto what this post really is about. Anne finally spoke out on what he had said. Below is a portion of what she has said on the issue, and I feel like its an important read for many, especially to us women. To remind ourselves that misogyny and ultimately disrespect targeted towards us but hidden as "jokes" or "innocent remarks" happen every single day everywhere. Sometimes we notice it, sometimes we don't. Why don't we notice it? Because it becomes such a norm that we find ourselves being used to it. AND THAT IN ITSELF IS WRONG. We should not be used to it, we should not allow it to happen or let it be as if we're simply breathing in air. Its 2026 and still misogyny and disgusting people like Suntay exist within our world and even hold important roles in our government. We all can name a few politicians from different countries that are just like Suntay. These are people who don't even see us as equals let alone humans. They see us as property, as "designs" or "background" to make them look better, feel better etc. We are only seen for providing pleasure and whatever else is expected of a housewife. My country, the Philippines, is an unfortunate victim of regular misogyny and abuse towards women. Anne said it herself, "From a culture that still asks women to laugh it off, to not be so sensitive and to pick their battles" this is what an everyday Filipina goes thru, and I'm pretty sure many women around the world can relate to it in some way. This is a norm that I have witnessed myself in my home country for many many years. I've long left it, but every time I do come back, nothing has changed. The catcalls are still there, domestic violence against women is still there, men treating women like second class citizens and so on. They expect our women to be strong and weak at the same time. They expect our women to be strong because they don't care enough to be there for their women or help but they expect us to be "weak" so we can massage their egos and make them feel like a man.
Let what Anne Curtis-Smith said in regards to what Suntay said be a reminder to us women that we should not sit still and allow men to treat us this way. Even in the world of sw. Yes here we work to please men, but it does not mean we should take in any form of disrespect. I don't think I need to go any more specific with this because many of us have experienced and know exactly what I mean when I say we are treated less than as a sw. We should not allow those leading our countries treat us any less, to decide on what we deserve as our rights or how we should act, especially if you are a taxpayer. Women are taxpayers, like Anne said. The seat that these politicians are on are paid for by you. And even if you aren't a taxpayer, does not mean you should allow disgusting humans to belittle you, to treat you like an object, property, like a speck of dirt on the side of the road or on the corner of a room. Remind yourself that you are capable of so much, from bringing in human life, to enduring pains that men cannot even fathom, to living your life as freely as you should. We are given free will, we are given opportunities, we should not let that go to waste and we should not let people like Suntay take that away or dangle it in front of us like bait only to go back on their words.
Remind yourself everyday that you deserve just as much as they do. That you hold an important place on this planet. That without you, many of them may not even be here today. Remind yourself that you are more than just a woman, you are a human being capable of so much and many more.
