For this 5 Minute version, I have added Aid Station splits as well as a small HUD with David's HR, Cadence, and pace estimates.

I've watched this a lot of times already and he really gains time coming down from Hope Pass Aid. In his words, "I have emphasized my technical ability a ton" which makes sense here.
