Well, Jaouen’s arrival it’s been claimed is on the basis that he’ll “compete for the no1 spot” - if Pope is leaving, you’d have to think we’re pursuing a ready made number 1 for Jaouen to test. It’s encouraging - Pope has been excellent but it’s time to upgrade

Frankfurt wins. The middle slab being broken up (even just by a tiny break of red) looks better I think and the fact the shoulders are a block colour makes it less barcode-ish, for me.
