That was more than 33 hours ago.
Since then? Nothing.
No response. No resolution. No accountability.

If your business depends on email, beware. I’ve lost time, trust, and client confidence over a fix Google could have resolved in 5 minutes, if anyone had bothered to escalate. I’m still waiting.

May 6: Support replies with another offer for "supervisor callback," a stalling tactic. User sends final escalation email.
May 7: Still no confirmation of escalation. Support continues evasion. Public action initiated.
