@yokozakihara @deverakath @SM_Cinema Go back to the booking screen and check if grayed-out na yung seats that you chose sa booking. If grayed-out na, there’s a high chance na nagpush booking mo sa system.

Email SM Cinema customer service with all the screenshots or call them as early as 9am. I did both.

@IoVElizz @deverakath @SM_Cinema Yes that was the first thing I did since closed pa customer service line nila. Last night pa ko nag-email. I got a reply tonight lang, same lang ng resolution na binigay when I called them this morning.

@day6midnights @SM_Cinema I did! I called SM, they told me nagpush daw yung booking ko. I also confirmed the seat numbers. They can’t give a confirmation email na but I got a booking ID. I asked if I can go sa branch to collect physical tickets na lang, pwede daw pero parang di nila sure, I’ll try later.

@biiiancapx @SM_Cinema I experienced the same thing! Huhu contact cinema daw. When I go back to booking screen, blocked na yung seats na pinili ko but I did not receive a booking confirmation. The email I received is only for payment deduction. 💀😭

@topgord @biiiancapx @SM_Cinema Hi! Ni-refund ka na lang ba when you experienced this? I am thinking of rebooking na lang kasi but I’m afraid baka macharge na naman ako tapos walang confirmation hahaha
