@NatsumoriSio I'd say focusing on main story is fine, but also do Annihilation as it is our weekly source of Orundum, but each stage also gives 1 time milestone rewards

Doing events as they are released is fine, if you want to dive into past ones, most are available in the Score tab

Click: solid arts dps when using S2, can also stun
Jaye: E1 at least, solid holder granted you have dp
Rope or Cliffheart: E1 is fine, puller
Shaw: E1 is fine, pusher
Gummy: E1 should be fine, defender healer like Saria

she is a healer, but actually a dps get to E2, using S3, Mon3tr will melt anything in range pretty much

@NatsumoriSio not sure what other 6/5/4 stars you have, but based on the ones shown in my opinion
E2 Bagpipe, her + Myrtle will be huge early dp gen/plus lane holding
E2 Texas the Omertosa for emergency drop kills

@NatsumoriSio max Myrtle level at E0, may need to E1 or E2 if she is dying, but her skill 1 at level 7, M3 potential eventually
will be your dp printer for most stages
