Practice it with the small errors, and the big fuck ups get easier to acknowledge, and move past.

The alternative is lying to yourself and reliving the same fucked up experiences over and over and over.

This simple trick is what shifted my life in my late twenties.

No ego. No extended self loathing. Just acknowledgement, assessment, and adjustment.

Winners fail the same amount as losers. They just recover faster, and don't personalize the failures.

In the end efficiency of growth is what determines how far you go in life.
