My therapist told me when your partner shares something emotionally vulnerable with you, imagine they're throwing you a ball. Your task is to catch the ball and talk about the ball itself, not about how you feel about the ball.

There’s something called the Spotlight Effect. We think people notice our mistakes, flaws, or awkward moments far more than they do, because we live in our heads. Most of the world is busy living their own story. The quiet truth: you are far less scrutinized than you think.

Did you know it’s completely ILLEGAL for tuckshops to charge an extra "Speedpoint fee" (R2–R10) to swipe your card, or add extra fees on airtime? 💳

Section 23 of the CPA & banking rules state the shelf price MUST be the price at the till. Surcharging is strictly forbidden.

This widespread trend is a massive regulatory failure—the NCC and banks are asleep at the wheel while consumers get exploited daily by lawless pricing.

Fight back:
1️⃣ Demand the displayed price.
2️⃣ Snap a photo of illegal fee signs.
3️⃣ Report them to the machine provider (Yoco, Flash, or bank) or the Consumer Ombud (CGSO: [email protected]).
Know your rights. Retweet to stop the exploitation! 📢🇿🇦

-Squeeze in 2hrs on weekdays.
-Sacrifice 3 hrs on weekends.

@Solphendukaa Nope, Katie was landing more clean counter combination punches and the viewers were influenced by the biased commentators.

[Ed @_KEMD_]

Katie threw so many combination punches and landed them, that was a major difference, the commentator were in favour of Amanda and rooting for her. #TaylorSerrano2

@MichaelBensonn lol probably all

[Ed @_KEMD_]

@oneluvaj From 6th round Frank started gassing and didn't move as much, stay on the ropes longer was strategic as he was hoping Tanks will throw openly and he could catch him with knockout counter power shot. In his mind it was strategic to be on the ropes more.

The @celtics are the 2023-24 NBA Champions!

[Ed @_KEMD_]

@MichaelBensonn Loma is to old, he will definitely win the first 6 rounds but Tank will eventually KO him in 9 or 10th round.

[Ed @_KEMD_]

@MichaelBensonn Shakur has great ring IQ and hardly make mistakes, Shakur by UD, unless if he gets over confident and stand in the pocket for to long then Tank by KO.
