KGRTC Appointed as Withholding Tax agent
The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has recently recognized Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre for its outstanding corporate citizenship by appointing it as a Withholding Turnover Tax (WTOT) Agent.
Today begins a series of interactions between KGRTC and Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) to familiarize themselves with the Centre and conduct benchmarking activities with KGRTC.

Today KGRTC and the Zambian Centre of Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) signed an MOU of corporation. The MOU will see corporation between the two centre's in training and will begin execution in 2024.

Today our staff, together with KNBE staff and KSV staff graduated from a course in Supervisory Leadership, which was held at our lodge in Siavonga, Kariba Sunset Villas (KSV). We look forward to see the impact the trainings have had on the participants.

Yesterday we recieved CEO's from Chenzhou Dongtang Electrical Equipment Co. And Hengsheng Power, who where on an exploratory mission in Zambia and identified KGRTC as a key potential partner. Items discussed where key development areas for both parties.

Wrapping up the Botswana mission, a team from KGRTC and Ilo Lusaka met the Botswana Ministry of Energy. An array of issues where discussed around Biomass and other RE, and a follow-up meeting with Botswana International University of Science and Technology.
