@virginmedia you cancel my engineer appointment without telling me and then advise I can’t have another until the issue that isn’t even related to my faulty virgin box is resolved in a weeks time! Come on this isn’t positive customer service! All I need is a new box

My urgent passport renewal via the 7 day express service with @HM_Passport has still not been processed. Customer service team are very helpful but we still can’t speak to the office direct and another day is slipping past. How do we get this resolved?
@HM_Passport I’m still waiting for someone to reply to my DM or to answer the phone. Our issue was escalated to a manager yesterday morning but we have heard nothing. Please can you advise when someone will come back to us?

@FakeThackery @Tesco With all due respect @tesco decided to cancel 181 slots yesterday i am sure this probably included some that were isolating and vulnerable. It is not ok for anyone’s circumstances to do that. #lackofcommunication
Our @tesco delivery was due between 5 and 9pm. Your call centre has just advised us that you have cancelled our delivery without any notice. Poor service, we are now left with no food for 20 people waiting on a campsite. #tesco#aphonecallwouldhavebeennice
Placed an order with @BandQ via their click and collect - it looks like someone else has collected my order and no one is answering the phone in their customer service centre to resolve or help. Beware of online orders with B&Q!
