the "issue" with jax's character arc is that its ugly. its unpalatable, especially to mainstream performative mental health awareness. but worst of all, its realistic. and refusing to engage with a realistic story because you personally dislike the character is willfully ignorant

It’s funny how the ending has created such a fervor w/in the fans. Personally, I found then ending to be bittersweet.

But seeing the debate on who’s wrong between Ribbit & Jax is interesting as someone who relates to both sides.
