I especially appreciate strong teachers. If you respect them and give them a voice, you may just find they have great ideas & even when they challenge the process it’s not whining or a personal attack but sincere desire for the best for their students. Appreciate their passion

We shouldn’t punish kids for being kids. If they sit in desks too long, don’t be surprised if they get fidgety or talkative. Yes, there’s a time & place for quiet learning. But we need more time & places for kids to play, move, socialize & be kids. That's how they naturally learn
