@premierinn 2. The staff here weren’t even made aware of the issues you are having. It’s taken to me looking on here and letting them know. A paying guest shouldn’t be letting your staff know of the issues you are encountering. I feel sorry for them
@premierinn is there an update as to when the internet will be back up?!Staying in Bromley and the poor staff are getting inundated with complaints and they hadn’t even been made aware of the issue!Some people can’t even check in because their booking isn’t showing on the system

I’m aware you have issues but the poor staff at Bromley are getting shouted at from customers because 1, their booking isn’t showing on YOUR system and 2 customers have paid for ultimate Wi-Fi and are not receiving the service.
