@Codie_Sanchez On certain holidays the points go on sale (ie: less points required)….buy gift cards…. use gift cards to buy items on sale….Such as electronics, dyson vacuums, Sonos entire house etc….otherwise for necessities - food, gas, travel etc…..stretch those points to get More!

@ConnorAbene Saying no to bad revenue allows more capacity for good. Saying no sends a clear message of who it is you serve and duplicating these sources. It is very tough to standardize processes when you are accommodating bad. Good revenue sources suffer too. Confidently saying no is power.
@bentigg The moral of the story is, it depends. No single metric can be relied on and thus the importance of obtaining professional judgement to know what tools to use and what to consider in the nature of that business.

@Whitney_Sheph Being brand new to an industry can also be a strength. A lot of industries rest on their laurels or do it the way they’ve always done it - a fresh perspective can be just what is needed to take the business to the next level or stand-out in its’ space.
@Whitney_Sheph I always reinforce the fact that I am a quick learner, willing to put in the time/energy/focus to understand this industry, business fundamentals are transferable and use this opportunity to stress the importance of the partnership and transition with the current owner.
@girdley Easiest way to weed out people…. Do they do what they said/committed to do? It’s astonishingly simple, but most people don’t do what they say…..even on the smallest/easiest tasks/asks…..
