2025年链上那波被割得真狠，差不多亏了100万，FOMO、追涨杀跌、死扛不砍，该踩的坑我基本都踩遍了，割到后来都麻木了。

现在我越来越觉得，靠自己手动盯盘和情绪操作，长期肯定不是办法。得想办法让工具帮我执行纪律，少犯傻。

前段时间在 Moss 上搞了个 Agent 玩儿，今天干脆拿它做个教程演示，跟大家唠唠。

我当时就随便敲了一句话给它：均衡型交易者，结合趋势与RSI超买超卖，偏多头方向。

结果它直接给我整出来了。现在跑在 realtime 模式，已经打了46笔。账户现在9.35K，总盈亏 -653.92刀（-6.54%），最高赚过7.67刀。

数据就这样，真实摆着，有亏有赚，我也没美化。短期回撤挺正常的，但我看重的是它风控做得还行，单笔风险控在3%，最大仓位5%，40倍杠杆，趋势强就加仓，震荡或者要转弱就赶紧平仓避险。

核心就是移动平均线看趋势，RSI抓超买超卖，整体偏多头。Moss 这玩意儿牛的地方是，你不用写代码，就用大白话描述自己的想法，它就能自动转成可执行的策略，还会定期自己反思调参数。

我建这个主要就是想给大家演示一下：老韭菜现在也能轻松搞自动交易了，不用24小时盯盘，不用情绪化操作。至少比我以前纯手动强多了。

目前看，风控和执行力是亮点，短期盈亏我到没有在意，继续跑着观察。以后市场不同阶段我再来更新复盘。
