I&M Group delivered a strong financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year, marked by a 27.6% increase in profit after tax, reaching KShs 18.78 billion.

The Board recommended a total dividend of KShs 3.75 per share ( a 25% YoY increase) This consists of an interim dividend of KShs 1.50 and a proposed final dividend of KShs 2.25 which presents a dividend yield of 7.5% based on today’s share price of KES 50.00
