Angelina Jolie says one of the best parts of filmmaking is crossing into different cultures and learning from people around the world.

“I love crossing into different cultures and lands, learning about them, and making friends.”

She says her latest film naturally brings together characters and languages from Ukraine, Sudan, America and France.

“That’s actually the world we live in.”

Jolie says she hopes to see more movies tell stories where different languages, cultures and people exist side-by-side naturally as part of the same community, rather than feeling forced.

He picked Captain America and Peter Parker for the team, but refused to name a Tottenham player to get rid of.

Jennifer Lawrence reveals what she did during her three-year break from acting after telling Stephen Colbert she wanted to step away from the spotlight.

Stephen Colbert: “What did you do? Did you have fun? What did you do for the last three years?”

Tom Holland revealed how his competitiveness with Jake Gyllenhaal nearly destroyed him at the gym. 😂

Jake asked him to run a quick mile.

Tom: “Are we pressed for time? Let’s do two.”

A few minutes in, Tom was already suffering but refused to slow down because there was “nothing that’s going to get me off this treadmill.”

Jake kept increasing the incline, and Tom kept pretending he was fine.

By the end, Tom could barely walk.

A journalist asked what was wrong.

Tom: “Well, I do all of my own stunts.”

Tom Holland opened up about how Robert Downey Jr. mentored him while he was becoming Spider-Man.

“He was someone that I could always rely on.”

Tom said Downey taught him the importance of respecting the crew, being prepared, taking creative risks, and even being willing to try ideas that might not work.

“Really just getting to watch him work over the years and call him a friend.”

For Tom, having someone like Downey to call whenever he was stuck was one of the most valuable parts of becoming Spider-Man.

Jake Gyllenhaal revealed that getting his braces and glasses removed in high school completely changed his life at least in his head. 😂

“I realized I could see as well as other people see me.”

Tom Holland wanted to see what Jake looked like as a kid, but Jake admitted the big “glasses and braces” transformation wasn’t exactly a movie moment:

“I was like, ‘Hey guys, look. I took off my glasses, my braces.’ No one cared. No one cared.”

Then the conversation somehow turned into Jake’s love for Greggs and “a lot of buns.” 😂

Angelina Jolie reveals she once studied to become a funeral director and says it’s still her “fallback career.” 💀

Jimmy Fallon: “Prior to acting, you were studying to become a funeral director?”

Angelina: “Yes.”

She explained that after her grandfather died, she felt his funeral should have been “a celebration of life.”

Ryan Reynolds once rode the bus 45 minutes in the wrong direction just to sit next to his crush then got his backpack trapped in the bus doors trying to impress her. 😂

Ryan said he was obsessed with a girl named Fiona Gorchinsky and would take the bus the opposite direction from his home just to spend time next to her.

At 11, he decided to give her a cool “Miami Vice” look while getting off the bus.

Instead, the doors closed on his backpack.

He ended up running alongside the moving bus and banging on the side until the driver stopped.

Tom Holland says The Odyssey felt like the perfect ending to the first chapter of his career.

“I think it felt like the last time in my career I get the chance to sort of play a boy.”

He explained that playing Telemachus was special because the character goes through a journey of self-discovery searching for his father, figuring out where he belongs, and eventually learning to step up and become a man.

Anne Hathaway summed it up perfectly:

“You had to learn it for yourself.”

He revealed the brutal setup while talking about the training he did for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.

Tom also credited the U.S. Navy for helping him prepare for the submarine sequence.

Jimmy Fallon asked him to explain the movie’s plot.

Tom’s answer?

“Well, there’s a mission, and it’s impossible.”
