The ADP legal in-house team recently hosted a Small Claims Clinic, providing valuable legal information and support to individuals preparing to navigate the small claims process.

Legal Services' Community Economic Development Unit, led by Advocacy Director, Wendy Wilson, recently represented the Haitian American Community Development Corporation (HACDC) in closing a major real estate financing transaction for Citadelle Village Apartments. We were proud to be a part of the historic groundbreaking for this project, marking the culmination of over a decade of negotiation and collaboration to bring an innovative affordable housing community to the heart of Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood. This development will provide 96 housing units as well as commercial and office spaces.

Named after La Citadelle—the historic mountaintop fortress symbolizing Haitian resiliency and self-determination—this project reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding access to quality, attainable housing while preserving the vibrant cultural richness of our communities.
