@lewiscapaltea Area managers are not bothered about the teams opinions unless it is coming from an assistant manager or store manager. Unfortunately that’s how it goes in Superdrug. So sometimes coming to twitter is their only way of getting listened to.

@lewiscapaltea Policies are being followed by ALL managers. And I can definitely say they won’t be after working in a lot of stores myself with Superdrug. Respect for looking out for a company you work for, but you definitely are not seeing true colours.

@gee0dude @SuperdrugHelp @superdrug I 100% agree. Disappointed but not surprised. Superdrug strike once again not caring about their employees, as long as they are getting £££ into their company, they couldn’t care less about their staff! It’s becoming clearer each day how poor this company is.
