From Premier League winners in 2016 to the verge of the third tier a decade later. From the outside looking in, it’s been a gradual and very painful demise.

Financial mismanagement, poor recruitment, managerial churn, general instability and a squad this season which have left their fans feeling utterly lost and without hope. It’s little wonder their fan-base have become so disillusioned.
