hey @RoyalMail Found this under the wheel of my bin on the street, no parcel. Not sure it qualifies as a safe place nor should the card be behind the bin either. Any explanation? How do I make a complaint as was redirected on a loop on your contact pages?

I was referred in March for a hospital appointment by my GP (local doctor surgery).

I then received a letter in April saying 'you need to book an appointment' using the e-referral service…

@DerbyCC I applied to change my council tax payments to 12 months rather than 10 nearly two months ago and received no response. Have sent follow-up messages twice - is there anyone else I can contact?
