We were paying ~$2,200/mo for Cloudinary across three accounts.

Replaced it with our own origin: Rust on Lambda + S3 + Bunny CDN.

The takeaway isn't that Cloudinary doesn't work. It's that it wasn't for us. We were overpaying for capabilities we didn't use.
