General Mkhwanazi made an allegation that there’s a farm owned by a taxi boss. This farm was perceived as another parliament of the country where decision are made.

Now, what the commission is investigating with taxi bosses is the truth in that. Unfortunately the owner has since died, but Sibanyoni was part of that parliament, similar to Nkosi, Cat and Sibiya, all of them have testified about their roles and participation in that parliament.

The commission is very well positioned on its mandate.

Iconic South African fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine TrueLove is shutting down. After a print legacy and more than 50 years of Black excellence, the iconic magazine brand will officially be coming to an end.
The last edition of the mag is set for Jan 2027.

Sibiya has been moved to Kgosi Mampuru and held in detention because of threats that went out to witnesses. These threats include a voice-note that went out to a witness at 2pm today. Sibiya will appear in court for a bail application on the 29th of September 2026. A shocking charge of trafficking has been added because he has allegedly been operating within a cabal that was trafficking girls. It goes without saying that there will be more upcoming arrests as we await more details about this cabal. Dark days ahead for the ANC.
As hard as this is for witnesses, I hope they won't be deterred by these threats, and I hope that for once the @NPA_Prosecutes will do their jobs without fear or favor, and protect these witnesses. 🇿🇦

JUST IN: The state claims that they are aware of alleged attempts for the general to escape. And this is why they are calling for him to be moved to Kgosi Mampuru prison.

The legal team for the accused has asked why the he should be moved to another prison that is outside the jurisdiction of the court.

What we know so far regarding the arrest and case with Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner General Shadrack Sibiya:

-He was arrested at a strip club on Monday night
- He is facing chargers of rape, sexual grooming & trafficking
-He will spend the next few nights at Kgosi Mampuru Prison
-State claims they are aware of a possible escape if he stayed at JHB Prison
-NPA says Witnesses have been threatened and intimidated
-A threatening voice note was sent at 2pm on Tuesday to a witness
-Sibiya could be working with a cabal
