@FedEx your AI bot representatives are the worst, as bad as your delivery drivers! How can I talk to a real and competent person about these lazy drivers who are not attempting to deliver packages?
@FedEx@FedExHelp this has gotten absolutely rediculous!! Do better, your customers deserve it! I even have delivery inductions to leave it at my door. They have one job, drive down the street and drop off the package. Too lazy to do their job, so they lie instead. π‘π€¬

I'm really getting sick and tired of your lying lazy drivers! There is no signature required for this package! They are not even driving down my road to attempt delivery. They are leaving notes at the community mailbox at the end of the street!
Wow @FedEx , y'all are getting tons of complaints on here. You really need to improve on your customer service. Since customers can't get ahold of a person to help resolve issues, we're all putting you on blast. π€£
@FedExHelp The last shipment they delivered, (after I filed multiple complaints) they just threw it in the middle of the street. Yes the actual STREET!!! About 8 or 9 houses away from mine.
@FedEx your website sucks & it's been "broken" since before Christmas. Your customer service sucks and all they do is tell you to go to the website to add delivery instructions, your site doesn't work! And you're drivers suck! Making up lies as to why things weren't delivered.

Your drivers say no one is at the "business" to sign for it. It's a residence! We're home! And there's no signature needed for a chewy box! Their photos of "attempted deliveries" are pictures they took with their finger covering the lense

@ultabeauty Dealt w/ customer service 1st time because ulta took my points, & still didn't let my transaction go though. π€¨ Was of no help. A "closer look" took 3 days to rectify & missed my chance for the GWP, and was told "yes I can see we were having problems with our site at the time."
